Will Smith is in negotiations to star in a new movie titled City That Sailed, for 20th Century Fox. The actor/rapper will star in the flick, which centers around a father and daughter who live on opposite sides of the Atlantic. The father’s love for his daughter is so great that it causes Manhattan to split and float across the ocean. The movie is currently being developed and directed by Francis Lawrence, who directed Smith in I Am Legend. The movie is being produced by Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment with James Lassiter.
